Coworking is about people who want to work with other people.
Work Club was founded on a simple realization: while remote and hybrid work offers amazing flexibility, it often comes with the unexpected cost of isolation.
For professionals and entrepreneurs in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, finding a workspace that offered genuine community felt impossible. Existing options were either inconveniently located in the city or felt like impersonal seas of private offices, lacking the vibrant connections that make work fulfilling.
Chris Roberts, a local entrepreneur living in Bridgeville, experienced this firsthand. He saw a clear need for a better way to work– a place grounded in the local community, designed for people first, and built on shared values. This is the spark that ignited Work Club.

To be people first, you have to invite others
